Factory Work Flow

Sampling & Merchandising
Our sampling and merchandising team transforms customer concepts into production-ready styles.
- Receive buyer tech packs, artwork, or design references
- Develop samples: proto → fit → size set → PP sample
- Fabric, trims & packaging approvals
- Costing & order confirmation
- Production planning and T&A scheduling
Yarn Procurement
We source yarn from approved suppliers ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Purchase yarn as per approved specs
- QC checks: count, contamination, moisture level, strength
- Dispatch yarn to approved knitting vendor
Outsourced Knitting
Our knitting partners produce greige fabric according to required GSM, construction, and width.
- Maintaining GSM, width & construction
- GSM & construction control
- Delivery to dyeing or our warehouse
Dyeing & Finishing
We work with certified dyeing units to ensure color accuracy and fabric performance.
- Dyeing to approved shade
- Finishing to control GSM, shrinkage & hand-feel
- Lab testing for colorfastness, dimensional stability, PH, etc.
- Delivery of processed fabric to our factory
Fabric Inspection (In-House)
Every fabric roll undergoes strict evaluation before cutting.

Cutting Department (In-House)
